At INTENSE, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
